Please find attached for your records, a copy of the signed temporary road closure on Rear 2-30 Ash Street, Fleetwood on 01.07.22 until 05.07.22 to enable immediate works to replace a defective stop tap to be carried out by Network Plus on behalf of United Utilities.

(REAR 2-30 ASH STREET, FLEETWOOD, WYRE BOROUGH)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) NOTICE 2022
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lancashire County Council considers it
necessary or expedient by reason of works being executed on the following
length of road that the prohibition should come into force without delay under
Section 14(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, which
will temporarily prohibit traffic on the roads set out in this Notice.
1. No person shall cause any class of traffic to proceed over that length of
Rear 2-30 Ash Street, Fleetwood at the rear of house number 11 North
Albion Street for approximately 10 metres in a northerly direction.
2. Nothing in this Notice shall apply to persons engaged in the carrying out
of the works.
3. The prohibition will be operative from 0925 hours on Friday 1st July 2022
until 2359 hours on Tuesday 5th July 2022 or until completion of the
works within this period.
4. A diversion will be signed locally.
The temporary prohibition is necessary to allow immediate works to replace a
defective stop tap to be carried out by Network Plus on behalf of United Utilities.
