Free Bike Coding Event

The Fleetwood Neighbourhood Policing Team will be hosting Bike Coding events this weekend, for anyone who may have got a new bike over the Christmas period. The events involve marking the frame of your bike with a tamper-proof QR code, then adding your bike details and BikeRegister ID to the National Police Database. This database is used by every police force in the UK to search for stolen and recovered bikes.

On Saturday 11th January 2025, our local constabulary will be at Affinity car park at approximately 10:30am, then Cleveleys, outside Poundland at approximately 12:30pm and then finally in Poulton town Centre at approximately 2:30pm.

This service is free of charge.
