Please find attached for your records, a copy of the signed temporary road closure on Rear 2-30 Ash Street, Fleetwood to enable the continuation of immediate works to replace a defective stop tap to be carried out by Network Plus on behalf of United Utilities. Please note these works have been extended to 06.07.22.

LANCASHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(REAR 2-30 ASH STREET, FLEETWOOD, WYRE BOROUGH)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2022
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lancashire County Council has made an Order
under Section 14(1) (a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended,
the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic on the roads set out in this
notice.
1. No person shall cause any class of traffic to proceed over that length of
Rear 2-30 Ash Street, Fleetwood at the rear of house number 11 North
Albion Street for approximately 10 metres in a northerly direction.
2. Nothing in this Order shall apply to persons engaged in the carrying out of
the works.
3. The prohibition will be operative from 0001 hours until 2359 hours on
Wednesday 6th July 2022 or until completion of the works within this
period.
4. A diversion will be signed locally.
The temporary prohibition is necessary to allow the continuation of immediate
works to replace a defective stop tap to be carried out by Network Plus on behalf
of United Utilities.
